Your camping in the Baie de Somme
You'll be bowled over by the gorgeous scenery in the Baie de Somme! Your camping holiday in Crotoy will take on the pastel hues of the area's fabulous natural setting! There are so many activities nearby the camping Le Ridin: things to discover, sports…try land sailing and play with the wind and waves or maybe you would like to kite surf, take your children shore fishing at low tide, or when the tide comes in, go horse riding for kilometres on fine sandy beaches mounted on a Henson, a regional breed, or visit the city of Rue, with its belfry and chapels. They are on the UNESCO World Heritage list! Tree climbing, paddle boarding or simply walks along the quays of a fishing port: you are in for an intense holiday!
You can also try to see the seals on a boat ride or during a hike, or go to the Maison de la Baie et de l'Oiseau (Bay and Bird House) or why not visit the Marquenterre bird sanctuary: a favourite with children! Another wonderful way to observe nature is to take the famous little steam train in the Baie de Somme: you will discover all of the bay's wonders, without any effort.
