Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the campsite, the facilities for children and our swimming pools. We’re also glad we were able to find a solution regarding the costs for your dog. We’re sorry, however, that some of the rules at the indoor pool felt a little too strict. These rules are there first and foremost to ensure everyone’s safety, especially the children, even though we understand that they can sometimes feel frustrating during a holiday. Regarding the kids’ club, our activities are offered in both French and English so that we can welcome guests from different countries. We do, however, appreciate your feedback and will make sure we continue doing our best to ensure that all children can fully enjoy the activities, whatever their language. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us continue to improve our guests’ experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Le Ridin! Rudy
