Hello,   Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at Le Ridin campsite. We are delighted to read that you appreciated the warm welcome, the upkeep of the site, as well as the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and the aquatic areas.   We take note of your comment regarding information being mainly available in French and English. We fully understand that having information in German would be appreciated by many of our German-speaking guests. Our team hopes to have the opportunity to receive training and learn German in the future so that we can provide an even warmer and more personalised welcome to all our international visitors.   Regarding the internet connection, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We are continuously working to improve network coverage and stability, although occasional issues may still occur.   As for the beach at Le Crotoy and the natural environment of the bay, it is indeed a remarkable site, but one that is influenced by tides and natural elements, which can sometimes affect its appearance.   Thank you again for your constructive feedback, which helps us to keep improving.   Marie, Yelloh!
