We understand your comment about the restaurant and the second swimming pool being slightly separated from the main part of the campsite. This layout does allow us to keep the different areas pleasantly spacious and peaceful, but we appreciate that it can feel a little less convenient. Even if the beach is only 3 km from the campsite, we understand that the walk to the beach and the village may have felt a little long, especially on a sunny day. Le Ridin is the smallest campsite in the Yelloh! Village chain, and we have chosen to preserve a family-friendly, peaceful and more intimate atmosphere, with facilities on a smaller scale. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that the chalet felt smaller than expected and that the bed was not spacious enough for two people. For a future stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know that you would prefer a larger accommodation. We have bigger cottages available, with larger beds, and we will be happy to help you choose the accommodation that best suits your needs. We also sincerely apologize regarding the entertainment. Unfortunately, our activity leaders currently speak only French and English, and we are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the campsite, the swimming pools, and our location. We’re sorry about your experience with the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the issue is related to the local network coverage rather than the campsite itself. We are continuously working to improve the connection by installing fiber and additional Starlink antennas. While these upgrades have helped, we know the internet speed is still limited, and we experience the same difficulties ourselves at reception when working. This is also why Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again in the future. Marie, Yelloh! Village Le Ridin
