For a future stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know that you would prefer a larger accommodation. We have bigger cottages available, with larger beds, and we will be happy to help you choose the accommodation that best suits your needs. We also sincerely apologize regarding the entertainment. Unfortunately, our activity leaders currently speak only French and English, and we are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the campsite, the swimming pools, and our location. We’re sorry about your experience with the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the issue is related to the local network coverage rather than the campsite itself. We are continuously working to improve the connection by installing fiber and additional Starlink antennas. While these upgrades have helped, we know the internet speed is still limited, and we experience the same difficulties ourselves at reception when working.
